Your responsibilities will include both generating online content and promoting it to get links and traffic for our media blog site.

The media reporter writes a daily, search-engine-optimized opinion essay for our company blog site. Also, monitors and reads numerous RSS news feeds, plus, comments on, and links to four or five other online publishing articles (reads and posts to other blogs). Additionally, proposes and helps develop new resources for promoting targeted traffic to our media blog site.

Job performance metrics include (1) number of website visitors, (2) number of RSS feed subscribers, (3) number of new email subscribers, and (4) Google keyword optimized topic page rankings.
